Rest API Invalid Response

Hello,

I have a customer use SERP with intgration with a third party system, SERP REST API is configured to receive http request from the third party system, when the other system send the request they get invalid response with error code 502, but when they try it from PostMan the SERP sends response successfully, I can see the request in web.log in SERP.

any idea why the other system receives invalid response?

This would need deeper investigation of the actual system, but my first guess would be authentication.
If the request works through PostMan (or even directly in a browser), it indicates that on our side everything is in order and the problem is on the other end...

p.s. I would also strongly suggest switching to https, if possible.

The register for Order Classes is common for Sales orders and Service orders. When I set an Order Class to create an Activity - it works for Sales Order, while for Service Orders - not. Is any setting...
