What version is the customer using?
Have you tried downloading a new client from MyStandard for this user?
Is it only this client? Do they have other clients that are not having any issues?

The customer is on version 8.2.
No I have not tried this as they client it self is ok when its working.
Yes, it seems its only this client who is getting this message.
I was hoping you would give me an explanation of what the log file messages mean.
