Client log off error

Operating system: Windows
Linux server, Windows clients

Customer is experiencing semi-regular error messages that "You have been logged off by a different client" with other garbage characters in the error message. Customer is not sharing passwords and user logins. Any ideas why this error is starting to happen?

The register for Order Classes is common for Sales orders and Service orders. When I set an Order Class to create an Activity - it works for Sales Order, while for Service Orders - not. Is any setting...
