v 8.5 2022-12-30 runs 7 minutes after starting

We have updated our client to v 8.5 2022-12-30 and the server is starting up 7 (seven) minutes, even if we are doing a backup via command line in the example below we start at 13:12:30 and the backup starts at 13:19:39. If we start the service from Windows control panel>>services this results in error message complaining about "timely fashion".


Why is that? Can we do something to make it start faster?

Are you running log level on debug detailed? Have you installed cloud node? If you do, can you check the log in CN folder?

No debug level.
No cloud node.
Maybe there are some new IPs which SERP server tries to reach before "Server process running" and there are too long timeouts?
LAN is under Cisco firewall and VPN.

Maybe someone can tell which IP address to open in the firewall to avoid this 7 minutes waiting?

Clients are complaining about this (they think server crashed, but it is starting).

Hello,

can you please put


--verbosity=debug-detailed

as parameter when you start up the server so we see what it does, if it does something, that this log level will catch ?
