node not reachable, but file access works

our node is not reachable, but I can open parameters.txt. How can that happen?

Could you please provide more details on this?
Is it your own node or customer's? Is it on-premise server or cloud server? Which version is it?

Hello! You can mark it as closed as option. If document is connected with other documents you can not delete it so you will not be able to delete PO, as you will not be able to remove Goods receipt...
