mystandard>>view log>>no log file found

Windows on premise Cloud node.
When I click on the "view log" in the mystandard I get the message "There was no log file found" even though the log file does exist.
Another problem with the same client: I cannot stop the server via mystandard.
What it could mean?

It indicates that CN is not reachable. There were issues that CN status was shown wrongly. If problem persist, provide what client is it.
