My mistake. I don't read this:
"Inactive status will remove the company from the list of companies by login, but the data will remain present in the shared registers and payments for licence will still need to be made"
The register for Order Classes is common for Sales orders and Service orders. When I set an Order Class to create an Activity - it works for Sales Order, while for Service Orders - not. Is any setting...
