importing NotepadVc imports into wrong company

We're moving some companies from one DB to another.
There is a attachments problem with customer's DB, but we have no problems with test DB.

In customer's DB:
Company number 107 is on row no. 91 in the companies register.
When we import RLinkVcVc records which should be stored in the company code 107, instead they are stored in another company whose code is 91
Example:
We import this line, which is supposed to go to the company code 107 (not row no. 107)

107    purchase2    1006
    NotepadVc    1176
    0    0

When we export RLinkVc from this DB, we can see that this record has been imported into company code 91:
91    purchase2    1006
    NotepadVc    1176
    0    0

Why this happens only in customer's DB and everything is fine in the newly created test DB?
