On top of having the custom register added to the interface (register's LClass defined for a specific module in Startup).. interface languages matter as well.
Make sure to add the custom register also under:
SetLangMode(LangEnglish,"ENG",0);

You can mark it as closed as option. If document is connected with other documents you can not delete it so you will not be able to delete PO, as you will not be able to remove Goods receipt...
