Too many records locked

Hello there.
Have a randomly message with text "Too many records locked". Helps restarting of server. What is this error and how to solving this?
Logs not had any unusual activity. Online max. 26 users.

Hello! You can mark it as closed as option. If document is connected with other documents you can not delete it so you will not be able to delete PO, as you will not be able to remove Goods receipt...
