Exporting old records

We have customers whose text backups are taking longer and longer, to the point where it is finishing just when they start work in the morning. The log says that "Exporting old records" takes several hours. What are these old records and how can they be removed/reduced?

Hello! You can mark it as closed as option. If document is connected with other documents you can not delete it so you will not be able to delete PO, as you will not be able to remove Goods receipt...
