Our client and ourselves switched ON parallel reports and after restarting the server, everything started to work magically. One more client will switch parallel reports ON and restart the server. We will see if the magic happens again.
The register for Order Classes is common for Sales orders and Service orders. When I set an Order Class to create an Activity - it works for Sales Order, while for Service Orders - not. Is any setting...
