Global user unable to access companies listed

Hi,

One of our clients have a Global user setup in two companies, in one of the companies they can login without any issues, but when attempting to login to the other company, Hansa give message "E-mail validation required"


The setup seems fine, the email is validated, Signature ID correct on Person/Global records.

Had anyone else had this problem before?

More explanation @Paul: When the issue occurs, should see if restarting presence or lookup helps. If so - that is the issue and should be sorted. First need to ensure that that is the issue...

Hello! You can mark it as closed as option. If document is connected with other documents you can not delete it so you will not be able to delete PO, as you will not be able to remove Goods receipt...
