Hmm, there are a few users, who can send invoices, we need to specify "from" address of the accounting department, not the personal address. Changing an email address in the person's record is not an option.
Clients have their own cache, and then the server has the shared cache, if you want it kind of black and white.
Presense should be there as far as i know...
