Cannot Download/open datadef files on Linux Server

Somehow, when using Standard ERP Server on Linux CentOS or Ubuntu, specifically versions: "83250602 2017-04-26" and "83250901 2017-08-31" the system cannot open/download datadef files.

It´s a behavior that does not happens on Windows OS, in a matter of fact, we have tried all versions from 8.1 to 8.3 in Windows OS without having this strange behavior, it just happens in Linux.

In warning message, the file is showed with a wrong folder separation, like "halcust/loc83/PAN/\datadefcustom.hal" for example... not sure why is showing /\ if in Windows works just fine the same db.

We already checked:
- Datadef content
- Linux Permissions
- Ownership

Maybe we are passing something by, hope someone can help

Hello Giancarlo,

This sounds like a bug. We will test and if so, will be fixed.

Hello Giancarlo,
I've just tested on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS and StandardERP 8.4 2017-12-09 build 84191013 without halcust and apparently it works fine.
I will keep on investigating to understand if an upgrade is required.

Best Regards
Giuseppe
