Mail dissapearing into the void

I started our mail gateway and received this error:

2017-05-12 08:55:38 WARNING! No e-mail address found, and postmaster not correctly configured. Mail dissapearing into the void...
2017-05-12 08:55:41 RecAndPush styp = 0
...
the same error repeats.
..

eventually the gateway closed itself.
I haven't changed any settings. It worked before. What is the reason for this errror?

Hi Aldevinas,

The error message says that No e-mail address found, and postmaster not correctly configured.
Please check that the postmaster settings are correct and also if the email address is correct.

Postmaster settings haven't changed, I checked it. Next time I started the gateway everything was correct (no errors). Which email address this error complains about? Maybe gateway received incorrectly formed email address?

The error message complains about the postmaster email.
From your description its hard to say what happend. If you notice it happens again please provide steps to repeat.

I have the same message after upgrade and it is not possible to receive emails from pop3 server:

Hello,

please report a bug with all setup and steps.

As there are two ways of using email gateway now. Automatic external gateway is working fine, just tested.

If I remember it right, the problem was solved by setting the database to working mode on the window which pops up when starting the client.
